What a Deal Structure Might Look Like

Business Acquisitions are not as straightforward as some other assets might be, here are a few examples of how you might choose to get paid for sending a deal:

  • Earn an assignment fee -

    Choose of Either:

    • 1-3% of Purchase Price (straightforward and traditional), or

    • 3 months of proven net monthly cash flow (verified EBITDA or net profit, providing higher rewards for higher-quality businesses).

      • 70–89% Seller Financing: 4 months

      • 90–100% Seller Financing: 5 months

        (All profits verified through tax returns or bank statements, ensuring fairness for both parties.)

  • 50% of net profits for 6 months.

    70–89% Seller Financing: 8 months

    90–100% Seller Financing: 10 months

  • Suited to partners looking for deeper involvement and ongoing rewards. Equity stakes scale with your involvement level:

    • Limited Advisory Role: ~5-10% equity

    • Moderate Ongoing Advisory Role: 10-20% equity

    • Active Operational or Significant Financial Contribution: Up to 40% equity

    • 70–89% Seller Financing: +5% bonus equity

    • 90–100% Seller Financing: +10% bonus equity
